Jan started Buck’s in 1986 as an auto collision center, but by the early 90’s with his strong ambition and passion for snowmobiling, Jan converted the business into a power sports dealership and repair shop. Jan’s hobbies include snowmobiling, boating, and collecting and restoring vintage snowmobiles.

Gloria began in 1986, along with Jan, in the early stages of Buck’s Motorsports. She has been a key element in the growth and development of the business. Gloria manages the office and handles consumer financing.

Laura has been with Buck’s since 1999. She is a 2011 graduate of Alfred University and with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Outside of the dealership Laura enjoys being a volunteer firefighter and baking & decorating cakes. Her greatest love however is her horse, Bandit.

Sarah is a current student at Canisius College and has been working at Buck's since 2001. Along with her managerial duties, Sarah is responsible for writing the scripts used in our radio and TV ads and also taking care of online sales. She enjoys spending time with friends and cruising around in her Ford Mustang.

Jack has been in the powersports business for many years. His knowledge with parts is undeniable. When he's not behind the counter you might find him cruising around on one of his motorcycles.

Kris has been racing motorcross for over 20 years. He graduated from MMI of Orlando in 2007 and has been working in powersports since 2005. Besides powersports, Kris is also trained in Welding and Fabrication from BOCES and worked as a Machinist and Welder for six years.

Frankie has been riding ATVs and dirt bikes since he was very young. He is a graduate of Akron High School and also of Boces School of Mechanics. He did an internship here at Buck's as a requirment for his degree in service, and we were so impressed with him that we had to have him on our team.

Josh is a graduate of Pembroke High School and Boces Mechanics Program. His passion for Powersports led him here to Buck's, where he worked in the shop for a while until he decided that he really liked working with all of our great customers. He has since decided to move up to the parts counter with Jack. In his spare time Josh enjoys riding his dirt bike and cruising around in his truck.

Butch joined the Buck’s Team in 1998. He has been working with Ski-Doo snowmobiles since the early 60’s and has been riding and racing Triumph Motorcycles since the 1950s. Butch’s earlier days were spent enduro bike racing and oval track snowmobile racing, but now enjoys sharing laughs with us here at Buck’s.

Jake was with us from 1999 when he was six weeks old until he passed away in July of 2011. Losing our old friend was devastating but we know that he is in a good place, probably swimming in a big pond up in the sky. He will be missed always.

Toby joined us in 2002. He keeps Hunter and Maverick in line and together they take routine surveillance walks of the premises and make sure the floor in the lunchroom is always spotless.

Hunter joined us in Feburary of 2008. He spends his time napping, guarding the lunch room table, and chasing any rogue deer or rabbit that ventures onto the property.

Maverick is a four year old Mastiff mix that came to us the Saturday before Christmas day in 2010. We brought him in, warmed him up, and gave him some good food and he's been with us ever since. He has turned out to be a great dog and loves to steal the show!

Ralphy is a French Bulldog pup who belongs to Sarah and comes in to work with her every day. He is Maverick's best bud and right-hand-man. They make quite the pair with Ralphy weighing in at under 20 pounds and Maverick topping the scales at 115.
