"I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience at bucks ! we decided to stop in 2 look for a bike for one of my friends and i have never experienced a sales staff as friendly as everyone there, they answered all of my questions and were completely straight forward with everything including their pricing . The biggest thing for me was there were no pushy annoying salesman, it was by far the best experience i have had at a dealership even better and more friendly than when i have bought bikes from other dealerships !

I just had to sit down and take some time to tell ya'all something !
When Kevin and I first pulled into the new store, with that first load of mowers,I was completely shocked and impressed with the front of your store, and then totally blown away after seeing the inside ! The "nickel tour" was worth WAY more than a nickel !
And then, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, a couple drove into the parking lot, hoping you were open. Jan said you weren't open yet, but they could go in and shop anyway, just excuse the mess !
Kevin and I were truly impressed with that! I have told everybody about that !
Anyways, we really wish you all the best of luck at your new location! It is beautiful - so impressive! That store is something that you sure can be proud of !!!!!
And to think that my first helmet, and Donnie's first "Bombadier Quest" was bought from what is now, your wood-burning stove area, in the game room/bar of your house !

"The distinguishing factor that sets one dealer apart from another is service. Buck’s is more than competitive in price, but the service is outstanding. I live in Georgia, but come home (Lockport area) frequently to snowmobile and ATV with my brothers. I purchased an ATV from Buck’s and the sale went flawlessly. When I got to town, it was waiting for me, ready to go. I’ve had the ATV back for periodic scheduled service. The service department is professional and thorough.
